I started my legal training in 2009 at the Bianchi Law Firm in Genova, where I was able to develop my professional skills within an environment characterised by rigour, in-depth analysis, and a focus on the client. In 2012, I was admitted to the bar and continued my work at the firm with increasing autonomy and responsibility, eventually expanding the practice by opening a branch in Savona as well.

Over the years, I've provided legal advice and assistance in civil matters, both in and out of court. I draft legal documents, opinions, and contracts, and I manage negotiations and ADR procedures to resolve disputes.

I have developed significant expertise in insurance law, with a particular focus on disputes relating to professional liability, medical liability, claims, and complex compensation matters, whilst keeping my knowledge up to date through continuous professional development. In this sector, I assist private clients, professionals, and businesses, handling both out-of-court and litigation matters with an analytical and strategic approach.

I represent clients at all levels of the court system, including the higher courts, thanks to my registration on the Special Register of Cassation Lawyers. I also handle insolvency proceedings, debt restructuring, debt recovery, and voluntary jurisdiction. Alongside my legal career, sport has always been a fundamental part of my life. My experience as a competitive athlete has developed in me values that I apply every day in my work: discipline, determination, team spirit, resilience, and the ability to tackle challenges with clarity and unwavering commitment. These principles guide my approach to the profession, which is focused on finding the best solution for the client and managing even the most complex situations effectively.

Since 2022, alongside my legal practice, I have also held institutional posts at Genova City Council, which have enabled me to develop managerial, organisational and communication skills, further enriching my professional outlook and my ability to manage complex projects and relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
